Then you know that Reagan's tenure as President was far more conservative than his governance of California.
I actually met President Reagan TWICE. At the recommissioning of USS Iowa in 1982 and at Charleston Naval Shipyard in 1983 when he came to see the new Trident C4 missile system. He shook my hand. Romney is a Reaganite and will make a great President.
“Only if he does a 180 from his Massachusetts governance”
You have got to be joking. Governor Romney turned a $3 Billion deficit into a $750 million surplus WITHOUT rasing taxes. He closed loopholes, cut spending and raised fees. He actually pushed to state legislature to decrease the Massachusetts income tax from 5.3% to 5.0%. That is the kind of fiscal leadership we need in Washington.
if Romney changes, it is called ‘evolution’ now....just ask the messiah
Hubert Humphrey was more pro gun than Romney.
Hubert H. Humphrey wrote: Certainly one of the chief guarantees of freedom under any government, no matter how popular and respected, is the right of citizens to keep and bear arms. This is not to say that firearms should not be very carefully used and that definite safety rules of precaution should not be taught and enforced. But the right of citizens to bear arms is just one more guarantee against arbitrary government, one more safeguard against a tyranny which now appears remote in America, but which historically has proved to be always possible.
and I too will vote against the great satan, zer0bama....whomever the RNC sticks us with
I think he’ll surprise a lot of FReeps, when he become PRESIDENT!!
