Well here’s the way O, Ax, Valerie and Rahm operate (Chicago Way). If a gicen spoecial interest gripu did not vote for you before, F-em. Witness no disaster relief for states like Kentucky or Oklahoma, but the WH fall all over itself for blue or swing states. So if a special interest group (e.g. Blacks) votes 96% against you, then they have no grounds to whine about GOP not particularly giving a damn about them. Tough tu-tu.
