Congress exempted itself from ObamaCare, knowing what a disaster it will be. And it won’t kick in until 2014.
Does this ugly skank lie all the time?
Folks...you really need to listen to this lady, Dr. Barbara Bellar, an Illinois State Senate candidate explaining Obamacare in ONE sentence.

I think some folks believe they just bop into Bethesda Naval Hospital and get heart and lung transplants or something.
Presidents can do that I suppose ~ a number of them have certainly needed some organ swaps, but most of the more serious medical procedures are actually done at Fairfax Virginia's INOVA hospital near the intersection of Gallows Road and US 50 (near Merrifield) ~ it's one of the world's great hospitals BUT it's a private nonprofit sponsored by Fairfax county (originally).
They operate on the proceeds from insurance payments made to them by health care providers.
I've been there as a visitor several times.
Congress didn’t need to exempt itself from ObamaKKKare since they get insurance through FEHB ~ which is a system which is not exempt from ObamaKKKare ~so, tell me, if FEHB is exempt tell me how this works.
Did you have coverage prior to then?
Not since 2010.
And I responded: That provision of Obamacare doesn't go into effect until 2014. At that point there will be no waiting period but it's not in effect yet. Don't shoot the messenger.
Health insurance that does not cover pre-existing conditions is worthless.
You pay in. Eventually, you develop something. Then, if you need to switch providers for any reason, you've all of a sudden got a pre-existing condition! IOW, you were a chump for having bought any insurance at all before getting sick.
That's not entirely true, you are afforded a measurable amount of protection against a pre-existing condition clause of the new insurer under HIPPA provided you had no loss of prior coverage.
