Ted Cruz emails thanks to Sarah Palin PAC list

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) thanked his Sarah Palin fans for their help in getting the newly elected tea party favorite into office.

In a message through Palin’s PAC on Tuesday, Cruz wrote: “We started out as underdogs in a long, competitive primary. But despite the odds being stacked against us, Governor Palin and SarahPAC showed daring leadership by endorsing my campaign. The Governor’s vision and the support of patriots like you helped transform my long-shot candidacy into victory on election night.”

In July, the former Alaska governor made her first 2012 campaign stop and rallied for Cruz...

The more I see Ted Cruz the more I just love the guy..he is going to do a great job!! Sarah Palin and Ted Cruz that is one AWESOME combo!!

It was Palin that convinced me. I live in Texas and figure I had nothing to lose. The Repub was a shoe in here so why vote for the establishment candidate? He sounded good, but so many already had fooled us. When Palin contacted me with Cruz, I said if it's good enough for her, I trust her judgement. He went from a long shot at 30% to winning in just a few of weeks after her endorsement.

She's still got it.

On thread after thread we have to deal with posters that deny Palin’s influence in getting Cruz to the Senate, of course they don’t know that she gave us our only Senate seat pickup with Deb Fischer either.

Cruz has been extraordinarily outspoken in giving Governor Palin her recognition, that alone speaks to his political courage.

I like him, too; he's off to a roaring start.

But let's give him a couple years in office before we start falling in love with him. I've seen waves of hasty, unrequited love for this one or that one sweep through this place over the last several years.

He certainly deserves praise for his genuine courtesy and sharing of his victory to Sarah Palin, who did immensely help him when he most needed help.
