“Where is Sarah on this? She needs to speak up against the bitter old fool.”

It’s unlikely she’ll ever speak against McCain. But, I did see yesterday that she had ‘tweeted’ her approval of Rand Paul’s filibuster.

It was once riduclous to imagine the US government would be sexually molesting and harassing children in wheelchairs and everyone else at the airports.

It would have been inconceivable that military generals would stand up on their hind legs and demand and end to free speech and the second amendment. That they would dare suggest the imposition of Shiara speech control law on the US or blame free speech for Muslim radicals’ violence in the war. That they would empower and fund a terrorist organization - the Muslim Brotherhood.

Who would have imagined the US government would change the meaning of domestic terrorist to demonize constitution supporters, veterns, pro-lifers and Christians?

We have a government that is out of control and is oppositional and disrespectful to the rule of law. I hope we elect many more Senators who won’t stand for that.

10,012 angry new posts to his facebook page. (2 are mine!) McCain may be starting to feel some real heat.

I think McCain could care less what the little people think, but it is entertaining for the rest of us.

McCain is a permanent resident of DC who keeps getting reelected because he sends pork back to Arizona.

McCain and others like him were a problem long before his advanced age became a feature.

In the Reagan era we had a mature politician that was able to articulate a conservative sision. The left stays united focused on their socialist agenda, the Republican have no such unified vision. We have some youngsters and newcomers with good rhetorical skills, but no one out there with the gravitas to lead.

Palin, Cruz, Rand, Rubio are all short timers in leadership and fresh faces but they have no track record sufficient to inspire their peers.

A good spearhead for our conservatism doesn’t have to be perfect, just credible as a leader.

Where is Sarah on this?

I almost don't want to know. It's my guess that Sarah feels a deep sense of remorse and personal shame for ever having allied herself with this senile cretin.

Exactly. I see the GOP lose against a talentless, worthless, Marxists on-the-down-low nobody like Barry Soetoro time and time again and I think of that old saying:

Once is an accident. Twice is coincidence. Three times is an enemy action.

For sometime the main role of the GOP at the highest levels has been to divert and dissipate the political energies of conservatives and other patriotic Americans and prevent the coalescence of any real effective opposition to the Globalist Agenda.

In 2010 she back stabbed JD Hayworth in the AZ Sen. primary by going on FOX and appearing right next to McCain, claiming he was what the tea party was all about.

In the final analysis, Sarah Palin is an honest patriot who truly loves this country and its people. She obviously erred in allying herself with the quisling, John McCain, and I have no doubt that she now feels dirtied and compromised by that association.

On one hand, I give her credit for not turning her coat on someone she's granted personal allegiance to - even as that ally is proving himself to be anything but the sort of person she naturally aligns with. On the other hand, there comes a point where the most honorable thing to do, is to publicly snip that bond, to preserve whatever personal integrity one has left.

It's a helluva conundrum, and it pains me to see this fine patriot caught in it. I'm sure she asks herself every day, what she ever did to deserve such a stain on her otherwise sterling reputation.

She owes McInsane everything...

Sarah Palin repaid McCain in full, and with interest, when she gave him her endorsement in his 2010 Senate re-election run. She doesn't owe him the courtesy of a return phone call anymore.

I was about to say this, but you said it better.

I take it that you know little or nothing about Governor Palin’s administration in Alaska.

I did not like Newt at first because of various issues, mainly his comment about right wing social engineering. But then I saw how he can retort very effectively to the gotcha liberal moderators/questioners. Yes, you are right, how I wish it was Newt versus the community organizer in the final 3 debates. Unfortunately Newt is now a has been.

Rand Paul has almost the opposite style, he is methodical, poised, never seems flustered, has knowledge of issues, is not corrupted yet by Washington DC politics, and best of all has a spine. I am looking forward to him gaining stature in the next few years.

She did a fine job in Alaska. After her VP run local and national socialists hounded her to the degree that it hurt the state for her to stay in office. Unfortunanty she did not hold office after her run long enough to be percieved as a strong executive by many in her own party. It’s a shame— but it’s a fact.
