Representative Steve King of Iowa, a prominent House conservative, says Congress should be cautious about rushing immigration reform, especially after Mondays bombing in Boston, where three people were killed.
Some of the speculation that has come out is that yes, it was a foreign national and, speculating here, that it was potentially a person on a student visa, King says. If thats the case, then we need to take a look at the big picture.
On immigration, King says national security should be the focus now, and any talk about a path to legalization should be put on hold.
We need to be ever vigilant, he says....

What’s the blood of a few Americans when there are new Dem voters and more cheap workers to be had?

Why caution for an illegal immigrant bill but full speed on guns?

Of course! It is simply common human sense. But we have a majority of our government that is intent to pursue a path of pandering and voter enrichment. This doesn’t include any plans for keeping some America-hating foreigner out of this country as long as there is a chance Obama can convince them to vote Democrat.

I have not read anything about that. If you have a link to Steve King of Iowa, not Peter King of NY, taking guns away, I would appreciate it.

That’s Peter King, R-NY, not Steve King, R-IA. Steve is a conservative’s conservative.

Sorry, I made a mistake. It was Rep King of New York I was thinking, but wrongly attributed to Rep Steve King of Iowa. My sincere apologies, to Rep Steve King.

No problemo, it’s easy to do. Alot of the times the media doesn’t even let you know which King it is, which I think it is deliberate.

No, I don't have any excuse.
The article Prominently stated it was the Conservative Congressman Steve King of Iowa.
I read it, but honestly was thinking of Peter King.

Steve King for President!
Though the PhonyCon Liberals would squeal like a gay man denied bathhouse admittance because King backed Todd Akin.... he would make a fine President
And it is absolutely Treasonous for Marco Rubio and MS-8 to keep pushing Illegal Alien Amnesty after this apparent foreign terrorist attack
