Are Conservatives Being Systematically Blocked on Facebook?

So what is the main difference between the Huffington Post article, shared 2,300+ times, and our post, which elicits a ban? As near as I can tell, one is from a conservative website, and one is from a liberal website. One is pro-abortion, while the other one mocks the pro-abortion writer.

Is there something more going on here with Facebook? We haven’t heard similar stories of censorship from the left side of the aisle. And yet, there seems to be an emerging trend for conservatives on Facebook.

Fox News reporter Todd Starnes was recently banned from Facebook for what he dubbed as “politically incorrect” commentary on the issue of guns.

Jeff Dunetz, a conservative blogger at the popular site The Lid writes, “I have had 4 of my articles removed as abusive in the past week.”

The wildly popular and hilarious conservative commentator, Steven Crowder, had a video which parodied the star witness in the George Zimmerman removed as a violation of ‘hate speech’ policies.

Amy, whose Twitter profile says “vote conservative”, was recently blocked for having the audacity to suggest prayer in a comment.

So what is going on here, if not a crackdown on conservative commentary at the leading Social Media website?

I’m confused. So now those seeking freedom from barbarian, murderous Muslim terrorists and their religious fanatic leader, known as the Muslim Brotherhood and Morsi, are conservatives? Liberals are the Sharia guys who chop off the heads of Christians, gays and other non-Muslims and sinners? The head choppers are the victims and the dead people, the racists?

The West is full of sick puppies. We are dealing with an assortment of strange and scarey characters out of a bad horror film. Good is evil and evil is good. Life is death and slavery is freedom. Islam is the religion of peace.

I have a friend who posts all sorts of Consevative stuff, to the point where I feel like me newsfeed is being spammed. He hasn’t been touched.

Here’s what I think is happening. FB has a lot of automated routines that trigger removals based on things like hitting the complaint button. Once there are a certain number of complaints, the automated kill routines kick in and it takes a human being to go in, detemine whether theres really been an infraction and reverse the kill.

Liberals are just more willing ( or actually just willing) in my opinion to use that button as a weapon than Conservatives are.

Yes, it is. Zuckerberg is clearly in the gutter with Obama. His site is provided free so he can be his own little tyrant. As a participant, I have been banned for 30 days 7 times in the last year while posting on the White House page. :) Here is the kicker on Facebook. Some friends and I have compiled a witch hunt for liberal trolls that post there. They are all connected to one man, Mark J. Hanner. Hanner is a production assistant for ABCNews, DC. He is also the director of a fake non-profit called energynow.com (501C4) which is connected to blueskies.org (501C3) These are both Boomberg creations. Neither one of these sites has produced one thing except a few posts now and then about energy. The nest of posting squatters on the White House page are all supervised by Hanner, from a closed/locked membership Facebook page which we infiltrated where he posts cut ‘n paste propaganda used to attack conservatives that speak out on the White House page, and most of the converative elected officials pages. Most of those liberal squatters are paid trolls by Organizing for Obama through those 501C corps. They are also paid to lurk and report the content of conservative posts which gets them banned and to push up ‘Likes’ on the liberal posts. You can spot them because it shows their “likes” when they are not participating in the dialog at all. Always the same ‘composite’ profiles logged into by OofA participants. When they ARE participating in the thread they never have any facts, just cut ‘n paste propaganda, and mostly they are just attack dogs used to demonize conservatives as ‘racists’ and ‘haters’. lol We entertained ourselves for months tracking all these people back to their secret little propaganda group. One of our conservatives is trying to find out if those 501C’s are also operating with federal grants and taxpayer dollars. Then she is going to take it to congress and a trusted media site. By the way, I signed up for Free Republic’s page on Facebook, my membership was approved, but I’m not seeing Free Republic in my news feed. Don’t know what’s up with that. Will have to check settings.

Could be. Likely. Very likely.

Given that, and Twitter, and all the other social self promotion venues out there, I just can’t see a reason for them, personally.

I mean, if I were ever going to get into trouble, say for killing someone in self defense, like in FL with TM and GZ, I’d expect the prosecution to be hauling out everything I ever posted on FB, Twitter, et al.

Today, whenever there is a murder, a bombing, or whatever and the media can get a name, where are the two places they go first? Google, and Facebook. And rest assured, that even if you delete your past postings, Google, Facebook and NSA as a last standby will gladly provide it, especially fast if you are a conservative.

As the Beatles said, “Let it be.”
