A leading House Democrat questioned Friday whether the Justice Department (DOJ) has the evidence to mount a civil rights case against George Zimmerman, the man acquitted of killing an unarmed black teenager in Florida.
Rep. Henry Waxman (Calif.), the top Democrat on the Energy and Commerce Committee, said in a television interview that "it seems unlikely" Attorney General Eric Holder would file discrimination charges against Zimmerman.
The killing of Trayvon Martin and Zimmerman's subsequent acquittal have sparked demonstrations around the country. Protests were scheduled nationwide on Saturday as disappointed court-watchers urged DOJ to pursue charges against Zimmerman.
Waxman's comments put him at odds with members of the Congressional Black Caucus, who have said that Zimmerman violated Martin's civil rights in February, 2012, by pursuing him through a neighborhood.
"I haven't heard that they could show that there was anything with regard to race involved," Waxman told C-SPAN's Newsmakers program.....

Martin violated his own civil rights when he unwisely chose to use Zimmerman’s head for a basketball.
The ACLU said they would come and defend Zimmerman.

The outcome of the first trial didn’t produce the desired level of rioting, so Witholder will try another witch trial to keep the rabble stirred up.
He is untouchable and the DOJ knows it. He is more untouchable now than he was a year ago.Even the ACLU has weighed in on his side.
They are only pretending to be investigating to provide cover for the scheme team that can’t even organize a good riot.
But Zimmerman the white KKK racist policeman tried to make 3 year old baby trayvon drink cough syrup and smoke pot before he shot him in the head!
The DO(In)Justice would do well to leave this one alone. That way, African Americans can see the Obama Administration for what it really is - All talk and more talk about why it is still just talking (Bush and/or the Republican's fault!).

Ya know, I've been thinking a lot about this lately. Bush never seemed to want to defend himself and that may have contributed to fact that we now have an A-hole running ruining the country.
I supported and contributed to Bush, but now I'm through with Bush's and any other Republicans like them forever.

If Holder does file charges, I would hope it wakes the People up enough to organize some serious resistance to this rogue government. We need to “lower” ourselves to the point of massing and protesting like the other side does.
