Sarah, if you are going to run then say it now and give us all something to hope for, hang our hats on, be joyous about. You and Cruz, or, maybe even, wait for it, Levin?

I remember hubby, at the time (2008), pointing out that out of all of the candidates, Sarah Palin was the only candidate with executive experience -— IOWs, the only candidate who had actually run something (a state).

Sarah Palin's voice and thoughts may be plagiarized, but she doesn't care about receiving "credit". Just as long as the word and the truth get circulated.
This stateswoman remains one of the very few trusted, credible, untainted public figures in or out of politics. She is THE anti-elitist, and a master communicator -- which make her a target of envious, intellectual snobs of both parties. She's taken their best shot, and STILL they can't diminish her cred, nor dislodge her from the public square. She is...Reaganesque.
She is more a leader without a political office than our so-called “leaders” who currently hold office.
I don’t believe she will seek office. She doesn’t need to, and has more influence from outside than she ever would inside.
But if she did team up with Rand or Cruz, it would electrify this race like nothing else.
I will say this: if GOP passes amnesty, if they don’t overthrow obamacare, if they sign on to a Syrian intervention, there is no further need for a GOP. I’ll be looking to see where people like Palin, Rand and Cruz wind up. Because that’s my party.

Sly — you are so right. GOPe fully expected her to just shut up and go away, once they’d gotten what they wanted from her. After all, that’s what conservatives are supposed to do, right? It’s been a pleasure to see them bested in that regard.
marron — I fully agree with your statements. I’ll add that I think all those issues (amnesty, deathcare, etc) are a done-deal and therefore the GOP is gasping its last breath as far as I’m concerned. There will be plenty of folks who will continue to gnash their teeth over the suggestion of a 3rd party, but it will fall on deaf ears. While I don’t expect much to come of it in my lifetime, we must start somewhere for those who come after us.
We are doomed—Obama wants and needs to be a war time president —He needs the power to cover up his many crimes and mis-steps. Our only hope—retake the Senate—and as Obama and Holder will rig the elections its possible we will lose the House too—nanci will rule forever—and let Obama go 3rd Term.
Time for a military coup. Rapid trial and execution of the traitors in the White house and those to whom they answer.
My hope is Sarah/Cruz in 2016. (If my first VP favorite, Allen West, can somehow walk back that insane ‘aye’ vote of his for the Nazi Germany style anti-American indefinite detention NDAA thing I’d like to see him back on instead of Cruz). I do believe, if we even make it to the next Prezzy. election run up, Sarah is our last hope.
Yup. This was a tactical error on a part of the Vichy-GOP and Elites. They grossly underestimated Palin, having NO idea she'd not only survived the bi-partisan onslaught of the media and treachery of RNC vampires, but take the offensive once she was no longer in office.
Palin continues to be a thorn in Statists' sides as she effectively launches bruising salvos and biting commentary.
