Another one bites the dust...

“Gov. Scott Walker told Chuck Todd this morning that he believes Chris Christie is indeed conservative enough for the Republican Party in 2016 despite some disagreements he has with Christie.”

They are being corrupted faster than we can get them elected

Walker's thing was getting the unions in line. Looks like it's his only issue...another cheap labor whore, no conservative substance?

it's amazing how many people feel themselves qualified to speak for the tea party. I had no idea that the leadership group was so huge.

so, anyway, if the purists pick the wrong fight, as they have on several occasions in the past, the only winner will be barack obama and his terrifying agenda. and then we all lose.

you probably need to ponder that fact.

You missed my point: Washington is hopeless. The system corrupts them faster than we can vote them out. Therefore, the Tea Party should concentrate on a real solution which is restoring the Constitution. The problem is structural and systemic. The solution should match the problem.

Taking it in context, it is not that bad, but still pretty bad.

You are correct. Scott is a personal friend of mine and he should know better.

First, citizens have a right to run for office and an obligation to run if one thinks the current officeholder is not fully representing the constituency - regardless of party affiliation.

Second, attaining public office is not a lifetime position.

Third, no one is targeting GOP establishment politicians. However, the GOP establishment is specifically targeting so-called Tea Party primary candidates.

You're kidding, right?

How about Paul Ryan and Patty Murray?

"Immigration Reform" (read: amnesty) will happen within the month. The republicans will also cave on unemployment benefits.

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker... said Sunday that the tea party movement should target Democrats... "The answer is not to take it out on House Republicans in primaries, it's to go to Louisiana, Arkansas and North Carolina," the Republican governor said on CNN's "State of the Union," referring to Senate Democrats who are facing tough reelection campaigns in red states.
Thanks 2ndDivisionVet.

Walker is wrong. It is extremely hard to fight an enemy if someone in your corner is poised to stab you in the back at the first opportunity, and has already done so repeatedly.

If you can get rid of the traitor, only then can you fully commit to fighting your enemy.

Right now, the RINO leadership are under tremendous stress, and every one of them that can be attrited strongly increases the odds of a conservative taking their place. Eventually the tables will be turned, and the RINOs will be told to sit down and shut up, and if they vote against the conservatives, they will be stripped of power and relegated to the kiddies table.

This election, I figure that a few RINO senators may get taken out, and with momentum, several others with the next presidential race. Slow and steady wins.

This may be their last opportunity to thrash around to try and keep their seats. And every effort against conservatives shows their true colors.

Indeed. Just like muslims hardly ever denouncing AlQaeda. If itbhurts their feelings it then must go away. They all lash out instead for shame at others, continuing the ponzy scheme. It is very bad to try to have a normal conversation with liberals... very bad leavening. It numbs one’s critical abilities to be on guards with them and to avoid the natural protective instinct of the equal interlocutor when they have no care of the sort.

Bipartisanship is pure folly with these psychos who should be treated clinically like a psychologist would. It has completely destroyed the GOPe in faculties.

Todd Akin was NOT the TEA party candidate, Christine O'Donnell was immediately betrayed by the centrist GOP of Rove et al and like many other conservatives who win, the GOP has simply abandoned them over and over again. The Cucinelli loss can be clearly layed at the feet of the GOP, as can many other winnable contests they chose to not support because the primary winner wasn't to their liking.

There are tons of examples of how the GOP leadership and its "moderates" have been far worse in its losing record and has divided the party far worse than poor TEA candidates. Frankly, your criticism is simply misguided, short sighted, and wrong.

(Walker)...said Sunday that the tea party movement should target Democrats, not Republicans.

"The answer is not to take it out on House Republicans in primaries, it's to go to Louisiana, Arkansas and North Carolina," the Republican governor said on CNN's "State of the Union," referring to Senate Democrats who are facing tough reelection campaigns in red states.

Walker offered his assessment in the wake of House Speaker John Boehner's recent criticism of some conservative outside groups.

Hmmm, the TPM "targeted" Walker in a GOOD way and were instrumental in keeping him from being recalled. I know because I was there helping.

Now he tells them to keep our hands off of leftist liberal Republicans and continue to let them make the USA more of a democracy than a Constitutional Republic?

Any elected officials that don't respect our Constitutional Republic should be replaced by ones that do, no matter what their party affiliation.

This was his answer to Boehner's constant efforts to marginalize the Tea Party Movement, just like Rove, Schmidt and the other non-conservative "conservatives?"

Walker's thing was getting the unions in line. Looks like it's his only issue.

I guess if you ignore concealed carry, and tax reform, and tightening voter laws, and stopping a single person's complaint from forcing school mascot changes, and dozens of other things, then public union reform is his only issue.

How does he stand on the invasion of the US? There's no saving the nation without stopping that. And now he's saying support RINOs? They're the backstabbers. They're the reason we lose every issue against the dems. And on this thread, it's said that he thinks Christie is conservative enough to be president?

It looks like Walker fell off the wagon and into RINO quicksand.
