its a BAD analogy and huckabees theology is badly broken!
I’m not in favor of retiring it but I am in favor of it being used more discretely.
Too many people on our side think that a RINO is someone who doesn’t agree with them 98% of the time.

Huck is long gone to the dark side of the R Party and apparently would like to drag along a few fine Baptists with him, who buy into his aw’ shucks down home schlick.
That would actually be superior to slinging around epithets that have gotten so vague as to be almost meaningless — which only indicate things that the speaker does not like.
As for innate ridiculousness, every mortal has it. It’s from the fall of humanity.
The only thing that this tells me is that we should continue to point out the RINOs. The more they squeal is only evidence of it’s effectiveness.
