According to a Gallup poll surveying the U.S. States, Obama's job approval ratings are the highest in the District of Columbia and Hawaii with 81% and 61% respectively approving of the presidents job performance. Also earning honorable mention is Maryland, neighbor of D.C., weighing in with a 57% approval rating.

I lived in the District (NW, Cathedral area) for 6 years. Lived there for 6 years. I was once standing at a bus stop while wearing a Bush 2000 baseball cap. A young white woman pushing a baby stroller stopped in her tracks to scream obscenities at me.
Who are the 19% that disapprove? I thought everybody in DC loved him.

I would surmise that the majority of that 38.5% are WINOs, (White In Name Only) government employees.
The 19% who disapprove are probably the inner city, black parents who, after they had thrown away their vote in 2008, were then told they couldn’t send their children to a charter school. The NEA union had to be paid back, first, you know?
I am not surprised that my state of Hawaii is one of them.

15% of DC Residents voted for Goldwater in 1964. 7% voted for Romney in 2012. That’s just a general idea of how far down the crapper our ruling elite and the parasitic class (but I repeat myself) have gone in 48 years.
A very high percentage of the non-blacks are gay.
