The proper response to El Bozo’s bluff is, “See you in court.” Let’s see who has the courage and the sense of duty to all those soldiers who have died for our freedom to fight this take over of America by Communists in our government.

Of course not...the RINO’s are PART of the “imperial presidency”....it’s the pesky Tea Party he’s got to be worried about.

“We’ve been very disciplined and sparing in terms of the executive actions that we have taken," no ones been hurt. Killed maybe... Obama said.

Steve Stockman has the proper response. He’s thinking of introducing Articles of Impeachment.

He has turned out more EO’s than anyone in history, rules by them, ignores congress and uses them, and he says he uses them sparingly????

I think it’s a tough argument for the other side to make

It's not the other side making the argument, it's Nat Henthoff and Jonathan Turley who are joining the argument:"Even with this ample allowance, however, I believe that President Barack Obama has crossed the constitutional line between discretionary enforcement and defiance of federal law."

EOs are a natural extention of outfits lie the IRS and EPA. Get rid of government funding of extra judicial charities too, like ACLU etc...

This country is so far off the Constitution, I cannot tke seriously anyone in courts or wherever. The historicisms and history revisionisms are legion of legal fantasies foisted on a crashing freedom economy.

Everybody makes noises, but nobody makes good on the consequences. It’s like the parents of a spoiled brat who gets away with murder. It’s not going to end well for anyone & it’s going to be hell in the meantime.

X3 Impeach/ remove. Enough.

Sadly, this is the only truthful comment he's uttered in over a decade.

“We’ve been very disciplined and sparing in terms of the executive actions that we have taken,"

That statement alone shows that is exactly what he's up to. One wouldn't say that if that isn't exactly what they're doing.

Again, upcoming presidential candidates must absolutely be asked if they are willing to work with congress to *reduce* the unconstitutional powers assumed by the office of the president over time.

If they blather something to the effect that they think *they* can use that unconstitutional power wisely, then they are not suitable for the office. They must be crystal clear that the office of the president has become too dictatorial and too powerful, so is out of balance.

Did the “Reporter” respond by listing the number of EO’s Obama has decreed versus the numbers his Predecessors issued?

Wouldn’t that have made an appropriate follow up question?

Every Conservative Candidate running in Primaries this Spring, should use the clip of Obama’s SOTU Address where he told Congress that he will by-pass them if they don’t give him is way. He will be defying the Constitution and the will of the people. And, they should let people know that their RINO opponent will let Obama get away with it. Any candidate who does not get their bang for their buck out of that is stupid.
