Carr for Senate Launches Major Statewide Radio Buy: Hits Lamar on Amnesty, Obamacare, and the Debt
Joe Carr for Senate ^ | February 18, 2014

Posted on 03/08/2014 2:01:04 PM PST by Clintonfatigued

Today, the Joe Carr for Senate Campaign began a statewide radio buy that continues the campaign’s effort to draw sharp contrasts between Senator Alexander’s liberal record and the strong conservative leadership offered by State Representative Joe Carr.

The ad will run on over a dozen stations, over the next few weeks, at a cost of approximately $45,000.

Listen to the ad here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=emEocXAby1k

Excerpts:

Lamar says we should be patient about fixing the debt.

Joe Carr says the debt bomb must be defused now….

Lamar voted with Democrats to protect Obamacare from conservative Sen. Ted Cruz.

Joe Carr stood with Cruz to defund Obamacare….

Lamar voted with Barack Obama to reward illegal immigrants with citizenship.

Joe Carr led the effort to stop the growth of illegal immigration to Tennessee.

The choice is clear. Only Joe Carr, not Lamar, will defend conservative Tennessee principles.

If there’s a Tennessee ping list, it would be a good forum for boosting Carr’s candidacy. Lamar Alexander is mediocrity personified.

Lamar says we should be patient about fixing the debt.

When Lamar! entered the Senate the US debt was under $6 trillion. It's TRIPLED since then!

I think more candidates should stop talking about the NSA and Ukraine; and pound RINOs and liberals on amnesty and Obamacare.

Democrats love amnesty.

Rep. Jim Cooper (D-Tenn.), a Blue Dog, prefers the Senate approach.

“The House should be able to vote on the Senate bill, which passed overwhelmingly last year with the support of 14 Republican senators, including both senators from Tennessee,” he said. “This bill is the best chance for sensible reform of our immigration laws.”

Take it back even further, he’s been a creature of Washington since he worked for Sen. Howard Baker and Nixon and ran for Governor in 1974. Back then, the debt wasn’t even a trillion. He’s always been a part of the problem.

Lamar Alexander, along with Mitch McConnell(Kentucky), Lyndsey Graham(South Carolina), and all these “PROGRESSIVE” republicans must be taken out of their Washington fiefdom. It’s time for the “TRUE REPUBLICANS” to take over Washington. If it were possible, we should have a “VETO PROOF” congress and senate, to completely defang this dictator wanna be, Barack Hussein Obama.

It's a shame that Rand Paul doesn't agree with you. He has endorsed, and is working for, Mitch McConnell against the true Conservative, Matt Bevin.

Every one is entitled to their own opinion. Don’t really care if every body in the USA doesn’t think the way I do, I will still think this way.
