By doing what you suggest the GOP will seal its doom by voting for this sham amnesty bill because millons of conservatives will stay home. If the House passes immigration reform this year, I am sitting November out no matter how my rep votes. I let him know. He and the party out this failed leadership team back in place. This term despite their massive failure last term. They back stab the base, screw them.
Juan is a really nice guy. He is a long time friend of my brother in law, so I have spent enough time with him to make such a statement.
But, he is so clueless and naive. What he is saying is that if only politicians will surrender to complete corruption within the political process, all will be well in the world. He has no idea how evil those who live in his political world really are.
Of course if Cantor is DEFEATED, or only wins by a small margin, in his race, in about a month, Boener/Canter will then have MUCH MORE trouble rounding up Republicans to still support Amnesty, as anti-Amnesty is the centerpiece of David Brat’s campaign to unseat Cantor.
