The Founders and I believe that a United States Senator should be a person of significant accomplishment in the outside world who steps down to serve in the senior legislative body. On the contrary, Karen Handel is an un-noteworthy politician who is just looking for a better job that carries a 6-year term and a better pension. Karen Handel brings nothing from the outside world to the table, just years of living off of other people's money. She should pursue a real career and then run again in twenty years.
Prescient analysis!
Conservatives get quickly enamored of a candidate without checking their past accomplishments. If they have not accomplished much success in their life, they will not succeed in congress. One can’t jump from nothing to something substantive.
Christine O’Donnell is a good example. Sharon Angle pretty much same. I even contributed to their campaigns impulsively. Now I am more analytical.
I can buy that, so of the candidates, which would you support?
it is getting more and more difficult to find a normal person to support who isnt a professional candidate.
