Clinton should have spent all of 2014 working hard to support Sen. Kay Hagan (D-N.C.), Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-La.), Sen. Mark Pryor (D-Ark.), Sen. Mark Begich (D-Alaska), Sen. Mark Udall (D-Colo.), Alison Lundergan Grimes in Kentucky and Michelle Nunn in Georgia. She has not.

You can be sure that the master politician, Bill Clinton, thoroughly thought this line of political distancing through in terms of its effect on Hillary’s political future—and completely disregarded the effect on fellow Democrats in 2014.

The Clintons know that 2016 is a lifetime away in politics and she can always point to her ‘separation’ from Obama in 2016 to appeal to the center voters. Meanwhile they know Democrats will have forgotten or forgiven her 2014 political ploy.

The Clintons are always there when they need you.
