Give him a funding bill that pays for all his perks and his security team . Make that the one that repeals Obamacare. If he does not sign it he has to live somewhere on his own dime with NOTHING from Uncle Sam.
lets make a deal, you want to go to Marthas Vinyard for three weeks, then sign the repeal bill for obama-care, and sign the bill to OK the Keystone Pipeline.
Unfortunately, there’s probably nothing that can be done about this. He is the Pres, like it or not (apparently, most don’t), and he needs security and communication.
There are PLENTY of other things FAR more wasteful and corrosive to go after in January.
It must be a Democrat thing - there are stories about Johnson just about cleaning out the White House and Air Force Once of everything that wasn’t nailed down when he left office. I expect the same here.
