I suppose he might be trying to look moderate because he thinks the Texas ruling will hold and the funding battle would be moot, but if so the optics are pretty damn clumsy.

Homeland Security is a giant boondoggle. They can’t/won’t stop illegals (and terrorists) from coming over the border but I have to take my shoes off and unpack my carry on just to board a plane.

Rubio doesn’t want to be President.

As much as Jeb Bush sucks (and he does), he held the line against Primary seat belt enforcement in Florida.

As soon as Bush left, this degenerate twerp Rubio as head of the Florida House conspired with “Governor” Charlie Crist to pass a law that allows cops to stop and ticket drivers for not wearing a seatbelt.

I knew then that this guy was NOT a conservative and COULD NOT BE TRUSTED.

The sad thing is that he will probably be in the Senate for another 42 years.

Walker’s not in the Senate and is not officially running for POTUS.
Fail.

To my knowledge, nobody’s filed, and only Governors can sign on to the 26-state lawsuit, not Senators. Maybe Walker knew how Hanen would rule and saw no need to join.

Well, McCain signaled his surrender a few days ago. Now Rubio; Graham is likely to follow soon.

Assuming(unlikely) that McConnell should want to use the traditional 51 votes for a spending bill, rather than the 60 votes that he wimped out to as soon as he got the gavel...

All they need is one more DIABLO to defect...Or maybe one already has.... Who will it be?

Good, then he won't be disappointed!

The headline is an outright lie.

Rubio has championed amnesty in speeches to Spanish speaking audiences since the very start of his political career.

He can’t abandon a position he never held.

Rubio was always a fraud, but this is especially egregious: critical personnel continue to work through a government shutdown anyway.
