Graham-who famously said he "never intended to lie" about being a veteran-is pretending to be the 2016 "Republican" expert on military matters. ... During a discussion with Neil Cavuto on Fox News this week, Graham remarked that former president Ronald Reagan never served in the military.
The only problem? Reagan did serve.

The odd thing is, I have heard this a number of times from uninformed liberals, just repeating what someone else told them.
For the record he was a qualified cavalry officer, and was transferred to another post where he worked in war film production. If I recall correctly, they did everything from training films to the weekly update news reels sent out with the features. He was a proud veteran but he didn’t play up his military experiences because he wasn’t out on the front lines the way some of his friends were, Jimmy Stewart being one example he often pointed to as a true hero deserving of attention.
For anyone who has not been, I cannot strongly enough recommend a trip to the Reagan Library. The Hall of heroes is awe inspiring. And, you will find there in the library his WWII cav uniform preserved for those who need a visual reference to override the conditioned response to believe the lie told thrice that has become common truth whether it be true or not.
It was reported years ago that Reagan in his duties as an officer, personally signed the discharge papers of Clark Gable.
I thought everyone had heard that story.

The original taking point for the left was that “Ronald Reagan spent WWII making movies”. It was intended to mislead people to think he didn’t serve, and it worked. It’s a great example of how something can be factual but not the truth.
What amazed me was that he was a reserve Cav trooper well before the war.
He was reelected cause no one capable of winning a Senate election ran against him.
This guy is freaking nuts, I bet he’s in his basement right now blowing up toy soldiers with firecrackers, with his pants down.
Isn’t Graham the only surviving member of Congress that sat on the bjClinton impeachment hearings?

Typical lawyer............Do they ever tell the truth? And why are we ever supporting lawyers who fight against people going to jail EVEN if they are guilty. We are a dumb country. No more lying lawyers.
