Rule 40 can be voted upon and waivered. Once you get around to the 3rd day and there’s no clear agreement...that’s the soap opera point where the ‘new guy’ talk will start, and how you can revoke rule 40.

You are more knowledgeable about this, but won’t they be writing rules for this convention prior to voting? Can’t they just change that?
