There is a place for tough talk. One such place is when a government starts threatening the sovereign territory of another government. N. Korea started this. They specifically threatened Guam at least twice when Mr Obama was president. If I remember right, he issued a warning to N. Korea too. It is entirely appropriate to say; “If you attack us we rain fire, death and Hell down on you.”
Maxine Waters is trying to use this situation as simply an expedient way to make political points against President Donald Trump. In doing this Maxine Waters has just proclaimed that the lives of the US citizens of Guam and Micronesia are less valuable than those on the mainland.
I hope Maxine Waters has a stroke tonight. I hope she then dies in extreme agony and fear. I hope it happens tonight.

It's sad really, because it doesn't have to be like that. It's pols like Maxie Pad who's been holding them back and keeping them down while constantly using her office to enrich herself.

Our house has small windows. It is constructed with reinforced 8-inch cinder block walls with an 8-inch poured concrete roof. That is pretty standard typhoon proof, Tsunami proof and major Earthquake proof construction. I imagine it is fairly bomb proof as well. We are also 15 or so mile from the AFB so not where the attack would probably hit.
If we are a given a short warning we’d close bedroom doors and shelter in the hall. Because of typhoons we have several days of canned food and bottled water stored along with a radio and medical supplies. I have an emergency generator and a gas grill that could be used after the 3-day period of worst radiation.
More importantly, we have a visa card and permanent residency in both Hong Kong and Singapore. If it looks like it is going to be bad but I have time I’ll just bug out in advance to my wife’s flat in Hong Kong or some friends place in Manila.
