It is not Flake, they need Flake to get it out of committee, it had to be two others and I’m betting women, there is not a guy on the senate that would EVER want anything like this happening to them AND they know it could!!! The men would stand by Kavanaugh AND see right through this BS!!! I will bet you that about 85% of them have already had a similar situation happen to them the accusers being paid off of course!!!

if she doesnt show Kav should not have to say anything at all. If he does then he is testifying before the accuser. If the dems are allowed to question BK and BK makes a statement about an event that never happened, suddenly the dems will hear from ford and she will say she can testify monday. Yes repubs are that dumb to allow that scenario exactly to play out. If she does not show BK better keep quiet or he is inviting disaster.

Can’t stand Laura since she went all leftist when Trump left out the “not”. That protest woman gave nothing relevant. Had to turn it off. Click. Remote controls are great.

Yes absolutely. Ford has to go first.

Also does Vegas have odds on her showing up?

You’re absolutely right...I’ll reserve comment as all media is playing their shots in this. Slate is fully in the Progressive/Liberal ballpark so this is questionable to say the least.

The hearing will not be over in one setting.....they will stretch this out for weeks once it begins.....GOP are fools.

all this BS the nominee has had to endure...

hey, Senate, get it done already!

nobody’s proven a single credible relevant charge against him
in all this time!!!!!

stop screwing around and confirm him already, nobody should have to endure all this BS!

It’s not about any charges......it’s all about stalling on Kavenaughs confirmation....by both sides of the aisle. It’s all about having or not the votes. I don’t think the GOP have them and why they keep playing along.....and the Dems are happy to keep things moving along with this show as the media can keep running with it and discredit the GOP chances in the midterms.

They aren’t going to vote until they have the votes....it’s very questionable that they do.

If they can’t manage to confirm such a well- qualified candidate as this one, they’re totally hopeless, useless - completely dysfunctional. A pathetic caucus act, and a very expensive one too. Pathetic!

Murkowski said today that she would love FBI investigation but she doesn’t want to delay the process any further- which I think is a good sign. Hopefully Ford won’t show up but it depends how much money she was offered.

thats why its frustrating to see people banging on Grassley the way they are. this man is doing a great job in the middle of a bad situation.

if there were 60 GOP senators, then there would be no need to worry about 3 rogue NO votes (collins, flake, murkowski)

too many people can't think through and correctly analyze whats going on here.

Paying her own way? So she says. She is ‘retired’ from military service and has 12 children. She must be rich to afford to fly to DC, rent a hotel room, and pay related expenses.

"Corker, Flake, Murkowsky and Collins are still a problem."

Flake's retiring, but McTurtle can strip the others of their committee memberships. He can even make things difficult for Flake after he leaves - a Senate majority leader has a lot of pull with a lot of people....
