Joe Biden did Donald Trump a huge favor when he announced his presidential run with a campaign ad that featured the tragedy of Charlottesville as a central theme. I don’t think he meant to, because the obvious intention was to paint the current occupant of the White House as a racist who thinks some neo-Nazis are good people.
While stirring music plays in the background, the former vice president looks somberly into the camera and says:
“It was there in August of 2017 that you saw Klansmen and white supremacists and neo-Nazis come out in the open. … And they were met by a courageous group of Americans, and a violent clash ensued. And a brave young woman lost her life. And that’s when we heard the words of the president of the United States that stunned the world and shocked the conscience of this nation. He said there were, quote, some very fine people on both sides. … With those words, the president of the United States assigned a moral equivalence between those spreading hate and those with the courage to stand against it.”

What this columnist is saying is actually true, because people MAY be more inclined to determine if what the media is saying about Trump is the truth!
Those that are still interested in the TRUTH will find out that Trump SPECIFICALLY excluded NEO-Nazis and Skinheads from his “good people” statement! The media implied that he was talking about the good vs. the evil, when he was talking about some people who are NOT skinheads did NOT want the Robert E. Lee statue removed - and that is a FACT!
Those that want to know the TRUTH will see that Trump did NOT call all Mexicans murderers and rapists (he was specifically talking about illegal aliens who are CRIMINALS by breaking the law)! Even though the media made it sound like Trump called ALL Mexicans rapists!
Those that want to know the TRUTH will finally find out that Trump was the first Golf Club in southern Florida that allowed Jews and Blacks to join as members (up until 2016, there were still courses that did NOT allow them) - Trump opened his to everyone in the 1990’s! But remember, the media wants you to think he is a racist!
The more these Leftist Liberal idiots misquote Trump, the more often the media will HAVE TO correct their old mistakes because more and more people will note the media’s lies from the past, if they do NOT correct themselves! It will become an attempt to CYA by the media, so that when more and more people start calling out their lies by omission, they can say - we corrected ourselves (two years later, on the back of page 11)!
