Good catch. I did not know that.

I’m doubting that Rudy Giuliani would drag this case all over hell and gone if he knew SCOTUS could not take it up. There is no way he and Kelly Ellis would be that dumb not to know that if it were true.

You’d need a decoder ring. Save your cereal UPCs to send away for one.

We will Fox News the GOP if they do not support Trump at this critical juncture.

And then you can be more miserable than you usually are :)

Is that even possible? :-)

The PA Constitution requires amendments to be approved by the voters. If mail-in voting is permitted to stand, imagine mail-in votes approving mail-in voting.
Or they just disregard the Constitution and don’t present the issue to the voters.

I hold out little to no hope SCOTUS will involve itself.

They have more or less become too damn comfortable in their powers for life.

Sigh. I recall telling someone that prior to the election the PA Supreme court told the Republicans they had no Standing because no one had been harmed. And after? They told them they waited too long.

At one time, I did hold out hope.

Ted Cruz and Rand Paul have been President Trump’s best allies in the Senate.

I’d add Cotton in there. Those are about the only three worth a flip out of the whole lot.

“Anyone here thinks SCOTUS will get involved?”

Nope

Kelly et al didn’t present any evidence in the State Courts on which the SC could overturn the result.

The founders viewed the SC as an apolitical body. Robert’s as well as the other Justices are very aware that supporting one political party without a record of evidence in the State Courts would undermine the legitimacy of the SC..this is a political question and their view will be the political process should work it out...

Is SCOTUS part of DC?

DC is enemy territory with very few USAians alive therein. Think about it, your national government is so evil there is _no_ chance lawful government can ever be restored.

Law is dead. Criminals and traitors rule our highest government, corporate and institution positions.

Ted Cruz argued several cases before the SC as Solicitor General of Texas. He knows what they will or won’t accept.
