>> When I see DeSantis, I see a man who fights and wins conservative battles. I see a leader who accomplishes the stuff he said he was going to do.

... in Florida. Nowhere else.

Outside of Florida... on the national stage... as regards foreign policy... RdS is a pitiful fish out of water, flopping, gasping for air.

He said he was going to win the nomination, and he’s failing miserably getting THAT done.

And NOW, in a panic, he has totally jumped the shark by endorsing Joe Biden as the lawfully elected pResident, as if the blatant FRAUD of 2020 and 2022 didn’t even happen. Put another way, he’s GASLIGHTING what would have to be his base if he had a prayer of gaining the nomination and the presidency.

He told me to my face that I, and millions like me, are stupid, naive, and gullible, in other words.

With his latest gaslighting move he’s just another sleazy pol, and he can die and rot aboveground for all I care. This, after I once had significant respect for the man. But I don’t like being gaslighted, lied to, and told to shut up and deny I saw what I saw.

Yes, as “some say” his only chance is to drop out of the race, stay in FL and finish the JOB he took on (and abandoned) there... but frankly, I don’t even care if the POS does that. Politically speaking... “he’s dead, Jim”. Good riddance.

Univ of Alabama gave Culverhouse his $20mill back because he hates the states abortion ban. Dump him.

Gary, you are so right about Trump. He is the best President. Thue my 70 years he is the one President who did what he said and also exposed the media, fbi, doj. He has opened up the eyes of the blind. No President has ever gone through all he has. None, not Abe, FDR.

This Is a harder fight than the civil war, this time out country could go down. He is are only chance with God helping, to get back to being free.

This is Hugh Culverhouse Junior. His dad owned the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Culverhouse school of business at the University of Alabama is named for his father. Getting credit for giving away his inheritance.

“So, when I hear someone say a GOP candidate needs to “soften their view to attract the ‘moderates’, what I hear is “abandon conservative viewpoints and promise to work across the aisle and give the left whatever they want”.”

that and “Say whatever you think the rubes want to hear to get yourself elected.”

Too bad for meatball

Trump will lose to Biden in 2024. So we'll suffer for it as a country.

Polls show meatball will lose bigger to Biden than Trump.
Young women will again come out to vote AGAINST Meatball just like they did in mid-terms to fizzle red wave

I often wonder how doing the right thing is extremist. President Trump was doing the right things for America, yet they labeled him an extremist. Protecting our borders, putting American jobs/labor first, evening up the trade playing field with our allies and enemies, creating an environment that caused America to become energy independent. How are these extremist?

At this point, DeSantis is embarrassing himself. He should drop out gracefully, back Trump, and bide his time for 2028.

Desantis has a problem with looking controlled and scripted. It makes him look stiff and unlikable. I'm hearing this from people who were excited about his decision to run for president. I see the same thing but I didn't think he should run against Trump. They can reboot the campaign another 50 times and nothing will change.

Yes, DeSantis does well when he has everything going for him. When he faces adversity, not so much. The pitiful way he’s handled his campaign demonstrates that perfectly. He’s not demonstrating leadership, but rather waiting for his campaign staff and donors to tell him what to do. He’s showing nothing but indecision. Compare that to the way Trump managed his campaign in 2016.

Trump never really lost his momentum during the 2016 campaign. When his campaign stumbled, he adjusted and kept pushing forward. The biggest crisis his campaign faced was the Access Hollywood tape. He didn’t go on the defensive.
He didn’t grovel. He said he regretted the comments, that they were nothing more than “locker room talk”, and then moved on.

From that point on, when it was brought up, he hit back by bringing up Bill Clinton’s past - a past much worse than an off-color remark caught on tape. If he had followed the advice of his campaign, he never would have overcome it.

True...and the only Trumpers will once again sit around and complain how Trump actually won.

Trump changed politics forever. He doesn’t fit the mold. Some folks have a hard time accepting any candidates that are not from lifetime government backgrounds. We were told growing up that if you want to be president you can be in America. They left the “government employees only” part out of the message.

...in fact there were no shortages anywhere.

Think again. Toilet paper, meats and anything stored in glass jars, to name just a few shortages throughout 2020 with factories shut down.

Until the bitter end.

Honestly, if it was any other Republican (except for Pence) he's going to be competitive against Biden.

The American people realize that Biden is elderly, senile and corrupt. But if Trump is running again, they will overlook Biden's flaws and vote against Trump.

So be it. Four more years of Biden Administration.

Then we’ll get what we deserve, if people are hung up about those things with Trump, compared to everything else out there.

Yes, the criticisms of Trump have some validity, but in the bigger picture, they are miniscule compared to those of our enemies.

The problem is that we are not able to control the message so the Left gets to manipulate the narrative.

Donald Trump's personality is the opposite of Ronald Reagan, who knew how to bypass the propaganda by the MSM and speak directly to the American People.

Donald Trump is not able to do that, he needs to find a way to get his message to get to everyone, rather than just to his loyal base in the heartland.

The American people is not that bright so they are being brainwashed by the daily propaganda by the MSM (including social media - Twitter before Elon Musk).

Joe Biden's a crook but it doesn't matter because the Deep State and the MSM are covering it up for him.
