McDermott charecterized Iraq as a "peace-loving" nation whose good intentions must be taken at face value.

In Jim McDermott's Bizzarro World, Saddam Hussein is a truthful, peace loving Dictator and George W. Bush is a lying war monger.

I wish all Republican candidates were willing to run these kind of hard-hitting ads. Maybe his district is so liberal that they won't make any impression, but I would dearly love to see this lying traitor voted out of Congress.

I would love to see him voted out as well but I really doubt that he will. Seattle is a liberal bastion and I don't see that changing in the near future.
