Let us take a *wild* guess here, shall we?
"The Times" is...(continued below)
----------(*taken from the www.AP.org site)--------
1. Who owns The Associated Press?
The Associated Press is a not-for-profit cooperative, [read: 501C TAX FREE organization] which means it is owned by its 1,550 U.S. daily newspaper members. They elect a board of directors that directs the cooperative. [read: they're highly organized & coordinated ALL working off the same script.]
2. What is the reach of The Associated Press?
More than a billion people every day read, hear or see AP news. [read: a LOT of brainwashed people; moreover, WE -- the TAXPAYERS -- are picking up the tab for this sleezy bunch of Liberal-Socialists to RUIN the nation, eh?]
In the United States alone, AP serves 1,550 newspapers and 5,000 radio and television stations. Add to that the more than 8,500 newspaper, radio and television subscribers in 112 countries, and you'll have some idea of AP's reach." [read: by god they're *proud* of their saturation; so, how's *that* for a poke in the ol' eye?]

I'll also mention that I vote in Ascension Parish. In August, I attended a Republican meeting where the machines were on display and we could play with them. (I voted for Abe Lincoln.) They should have gotten a good test at similar events. On election day, I voted early in the morning, but at that time, people were still very happy with the machines. I never heard of any problems later.

Yeah, but the money wouldn't be going to the IRS anyway. It would be going to the SSA (Social Security Administration). This is what they mean by "payroll tax cut". Therefore they will be reducing the funding of Social Security, I thought that "not touching" Social Security was the 3rd rail of American politics. Does she comment on how she will pay for this reduction and has anyone asked AARP and the seniors how they fell about reducing the Social Security Trust Fund?
