Why oh why couldn't this have been an incident that broke a Yankee lead? ;-)

Nope, he needs to be thrown into a swimming pool filled with double-edge razor blades, then rolled around in two inches of table salt, and then be given a bad haircut.
All because he reached for a foul ball that was coming down a foot in front of him.

And all this over a GAME! That's right, boys and girls...all this over a game played by grown men wearing silly little uniforms.

Now, that's what I'm thinking. I just know better than to say it out loud around here.

Anyone who's ever been at a ball game knows that your eyes follow the ball, especially when it's coming toward you. This guy was looking up, instinctively put his hands up, failing to see the fielder coming toward him. This guy did not cause the Cubs to give up 8 runs and the people trashing him need some serious home made shock therapy.

And why is it that baseball coaches have to wear the same uniforms as players??
You don't see basketball coaches wearing shorts and tank-tops.
You don't see football coaches wearing pads and helmets.

Facts and common sense don't matter. Cub fans will not be satisfied until somebody has taken a vegetable peeler to his entire body and sprayed him down with lemon juice.

All hail the sports god!
If the cubs lose the series this guy and/or his property will probably be on the recieving end of some serious physical harm.
Hope he owns a gun or two.
To: My Favorite Headache
Looked like he had lots of help in the bleachers. Also looks bad in the final game.

"I ask that Cub fans everywhere redirect the negative energy that has been vented towards my family, my friends, and myself into the usual positive support for our beloved team on their way to being National League champs," Bartman said. He couldn't possibly have made this up on his own. It sounds like it's from a publicist or a lawyer.

Another post had a fake photo of "TOURIST GUY" just behind "CUBS FAN".
As he will now be known till the end of time.

The Cubs shortstop should be issuing the apology.
