Ben Affleck Bashes Bush (Welcome To The Boycott List Ben)
PABAAH: Patriotic Americans Boycotting Anti-American Hollywood ^

Ben Affleck gives as good as he gets. The scorn that critics heaped on his movie "Gigli" is nothing compared to the actor's withering review of President Bush's performance. "The Bush administration has continued to push a dangerous right-wing agenda which has included increasing encroachments on civil liberties, particularly with the questionable and aggressive use of the Patriot Act," Affleck fumed on Tuesday night when he accepted a Spirit of Liberty award from the People for the American Way, a liberal political action group, in L.A.

Ben Affleck hasn't yet moved overseas? Funny; I thought that was his promise if Dubya moved into the White House.
What a reneger. (Can I say that here?)

Isn't "People For the American Way" actually a pro-communist organization? Or elements of it, anyhow?

Maybe he's tuning up for a run at the Kalifornia Governor's office in 20 years.

Do any of these movie stars understand that the Patriot Act uses the same powers already available to get criminals and drug dealers - but is now broadened to include - gasp - terrorists? The cynical exploitation of the mentally challenged by the lib pols who know better is breath-taking. Obviously, money and looks don't prevent your use as a useful idiot.

Affleck, who wrote his own speech, jokingly decried "the dawn of the Schwarzenegger era in American politics," comparing it with "the fall of the Roman Empire." Maybe he should keep his day job and leave the script writing to... uhm, script writers.

These guys always have been a communist front org.... course the word today is liberal... but its same difference... getting harder to separate commies, demos and liberals... might even include some RINOS in there...

Actually, he prefers it here in GA, down around Savannah to be exact. The loverly couple recently bought a 10,000 sq ft house along the GA coast.
Yippee for us. Maybe he'll hook up with Max Cleland or Cynthia McKinney.

might even include some RINOS in there... Well, you certainly wouldn't know that by Affleck's "Arnold" comment (see my post #10).

Well, that's it!
I refuse to go see Gigli, or rent the DVD!

Upon discovering that it was entirely too garish to use as a paper weight in his office, he wondered what good the d--n thing was.

You kind of have to be a step or two to the left of The Khymar Rouge to be considered a liberal political action group, in L.A., but with the help of personal guru Michael Moore, Ralph Neas becomes more like Pol Pot with each passing day.

He is from Boston....what can you expect? Poor kid was probably so heavily indoctrinated into the communist way, it will take him into his 50's to figure out what his own opinion is.
