I see Geragos is using court filings as press releases again. All of a sudden the dog's are "proving" defense case scenarios, wonder if the defense will be so accepting of the dog's "hits" when they indicate unfavorable results for the defense.

I caught the last half of Oprah yesterday. She had on women who had been beaten by their husbands. One women said her husband beat her with a baseball bat.
She said she wanted to let Laci Peterson's parents know that Laci did not suffer. She said after the initial blow you just go all numb and the adrenilin starts and you do not feel any pain. Another women on the show said the same thing. You just go numb.

I love sleuthing,mysteries and whodunits.I hate,loathe and despise hearing "no news" turned into a marathon of reports on it and shows that guess,prognosticate endlessly about the same "no news".Well, Forensic Files doesn't come on Court TV until later (I love sleuthing, mysteries and whodunits, too), but a FOX NEWS ALERT!!!! because a certain pro basketball player is getting out of his SUV or walking in the hall? Gimme a break. There are just so many ways these stories can be milked for ratings. I want facts. I don't want endless legal talking heads screaming about their legal theories for hours.
