I HAD to leave that marriage..I think eventually, he would have hurt me (physically) very badly.
A few years after that, along comes Mr.B, this lovely gray-eyed soft spoken Nebraskan..It's corny, but I loved him the moment I saw him..
He has given me 20+ wonderful years
I AM truely blessed!
I am sorry for your husbands' painful upbringing with a father like that. I wish your MIL had left him too.....

A Nebraskan, huh? Yep, we raise nice guys here. My husband is one of them!
Despite the poor example given to him by his father, my husband is a wonderful father. I am truly blessed to have him, and our kids are too.
