Perhaps the person who deserves the most heat is James King, the "king" of the FL Senate. He has ulterior personal interests in the die-by-hunger-and-thirst (er, hospice) industry. King is able and willing to stop this bill from seeing the Senate all by his lonesome.

Gov. Bush calls special session over Terri Schiavo

Excerpt:

TALLAHASSEE, FL -- Florida Governor Jeb Bush is stepping in to help save the life of a brain-damaged Florida woman. He is calling a special session of the Florida legislature on Monday.

At that time, Florida's Speaker of the House Johnnie Byrd is scheduled to introduce "Terri's Bill." The bill would put an immediate moratorium on all dehydration and starvation deaths in Florida. Meanwhile, supporters of Terri Schiavo showed up today outside a Pinellas Park hospice.

Good reason to be scared, sfRummygirl ... from becki-snow.blogspot.com:

George J. Felos was listed as a member of the Board of Directors for the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast.

Wasn't me that started the devoted thread, folks, it was nickcarraway.

If I linked to a duplicate that went up after someone already started one, sorry. Nickcarraway's thread looked very complete with lots of contact info though, and time is of the essence so I'm pinging and linking like mad :)

Check out the ghoul writing for New York Newsday today. Spotted this in Google News: "However Hard, Terri Schiavo Has To Be Let Go."
Her email's at the bottom of the column.

From the Newsday column
She's been heard to grown, [sic] and moan, has appeared to smile or grimace
I guess the author, Sheryl McCarthy is bothered by noises, but I know someone made a typo. More of the column...
What's happening in Florida resembles the vigils we often see prior to an execution. This isn't an execution though. This is the rational ending to a human being who all the medical evidence says can no longer meaningfully participate in or appreciate life

Have you no heart, Sheryl McCarthy?

I get that also. But if you check in your "sent folder", it may have gone through.
We changed providers and somehow the mail client didn't like the change I guess.
I need to call them. But I haven't had the time to wait............and wait.................

Or..

I just placed a form on my website which allows you to email all members of the Florida legislator simultaneously. It may be found
