Not just Greer, other judges sat back and refused to help. They're as guilty as he is. Vote them all out and send them a message.

Has there been any confirmation that she is, indeed, being fed?

E. This order shall be effective until such time as the Governor revokes it. The executive order says when the stay elapses.

If Greer interferes, he may very well be arrested. That would be nice, but what would be better is to arrest him and then put him on a diet of stale bred and stagnant water.

If Greer interferes, he may very well be arrested. Also, Jeb has instructed the State Police to enforce his Executive order.
The State Police doesn't take orders from Greer.

I guess this means the laws of the land and the judges who uphold the laws have just been told their voice and judgement mean nothing. Sorry Jeb you just lost my vote and my wife`s. Judge Greer has not obeyed the law. If Judge Greer wrote an order that Michael Moore should be shot, would you want the governor to just let it happen?
I believe that once all becomes known, Judge Greer will have been found guilty of conspiracy to commit embezzlement, and subsequently found guilty of conspiracy to attempt murder.

(Why is it that the more "gun safety" laws are passed, the less safe my guns seem?)

I guess this means the laws of the land and the judges who uphold the laws have just been told their voice and judgement mean nothing. How about the lawmakers, i.e., the legislators in Tallahassee who passed the bill referred to above? Do they cut any ice with you? Or are Judges now in charge of making the law?

In the event that you missed it, it was the law makers, the legislature, that passed the legislation giving the Governor the authority to intervene.

I wish. It seems that the judge is the only truly unreachable authority in our system, responsible to no one, never having to explain or defend his acts. Many are technically elected, but never have to campaign and people know little about them. Most of the time, they are essentially appointed by whatever is the dominant political party in their area and then rubber-stamped by the voters (those few who even bother to vote for that particular line). And, oddly enough, when there is a conflict of interest, it's up to them to acknowledge this and recuse themselves - nobody can come along and remove them from a case unless there's criminal activity involved.
Personally, I'd like to see some judicial reform. Judges should at least not enjoy impunity at the polls - they should have to campaign and they should have to defend their decisions before the public.

Wow, this is really great. It just goes to show why freedom is important. Russia, China, or any islamofascist country would have torture-murdered her for laughs.
