Thank you, Gov Bush, as well as every FReeper who helped bring pressure and light to this case.

Now. Is there any news from Greer's chamber on this apparent "11th hour" response to the legislative ruling?

If Greer tries to step in, can he be impeached?

I wish I knew the answer to that. CAN a Judge override the legislature and an executive order on state matters?

Greer is voted into office, not appointed, so no matter what he does or says today, I would PRAY that Florida FReepers/voters hold him accountable and vote him OUT of office. He's up for election soon, I read elsewhere.

One big bumper sticker campaign should do it:

Judge Greer: "I don't want anyone feeding that girl!"
Vote NO on Greer for re-election!

C. While this order is effective, no person shall interfere with the stay entered pursuant to this order.

If Greer interferes, he may very well be arrested.

I guess this means the laws of the land and the judges who uphold the laws have just been told their voice and judgement mean nothing. Sorry Jeb you just lost my vote and my wife`s.

GREAT news! Now she is (hopefully) out of the reach of the board of directors of that hellhole (linked to Felos, Greer and King).

I wondered about it but she is certainly better off in a hospital and away from that hospice.

It's too bad that it took so long for the concerned righteous citizens supporting Terri Schiavo to become involved in her situation. Her husband and parents have been involved from the getgo, without the concerns of the general public. For the last 13 years, her husband and parents have been living with this tragic case. Only now do the righteous citizens give a hoot.
