Islamic leaders in the United States instantly denounced Boykin's unflattering characterization of bin Laden and Hussein as an attack on Islam. Truth hurts, doesn't it?
To: perfect stranger
In one "inflammatory" remark, Boykin said that the enemy was not Osama bin Laden or Saddam Hussein, but "is a spiritual enemy. He's called the principality of darkness. The enemy is a guy called Satan.I guess one should just limit one's remarks to calling the President a liar.

The Saudi murders who killed all those folks on 9-11 did so only because they believed they would go directly to a muslim paradise. It was not a political act, it was a religious act. Islam is a false religion, Mohamet is a false prophet. Their followers are evil.
Any Muslim who wants to divorce himself from the filth, corruption, and eveil of the Saudis, Saddam, and OBL is welcome to do so and do not much more than denounce the evil doers. But, most won't.
We start with all Muslims being evil, then move to "except those who renounce evil," and then attack those who are left, always remembering that the Saudi pigs are at the core of all Muslim evil.

Here is a perfect case of the liberal-bias against anything remotely being Christian, patriotic, or common sense. If moderate Muslims are against violence, let them state that they want peace with Israel and that they denounce the extremeists. Of course they will not do that because they secretly admire the balls that the extremeists show in doing all sorts of violence against civilians.
What better target to have than a true soldier that would cut their sticking hearts out if given a chance. Any true man, patriot, Christian, or conservative knows who the great-satan is, and that is the liberals in the media who worship allah-akbar with their every whisper.
Let them all eat, drink and bathe in sand as well as the camel-dung that they have been smoking for the past 3000 years.

Howard Dean said the American flag "does not belong to Gen. Boykin," it belongs to all Americans. Could someone rustle up a liberal who actually owns a flag? Here's a letter to the editor (about a third of the way down) from a liberal who's concerned that an anti-flag-desecration amendment might slap millions of inoffensive liberals in jail for having American flag toilet paper:

Boykin also said the terrorists are "after us because we're a Christian nation." This is just silly. As Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad recently indicated in his speech before the Islamic Summit Conference, they are after us because we are a Jewish nation.
Zing!

I'm wondering at what point the U.S. ceased protecting freedom of speech? Why is it unethical/wrong for a Christian to say things, let alone saying them in church? Hmf.

In an emerging scandal, NBC News has produced tapes proving beyond deniability that the new deputy undersecretary of defense for intelligence is ... a Christian. Lt. Gen. William G. "Jerry" Boykin has been captured on a series of grainy tapes, attesting to his faith at churches and prayer breakfasts. Wow, this is the biggest scandal since it was discovered Ashcroft had prayer meetings in his office before starting work.
Remember that one?
