Actually, a little birdie needs to remind them that attempted murder doesn't get the Needle, but Murder in the First Degree does. If I remember correctly, Florida has "Old Sparky", and not the Needle ... I think Old Sparkey would be less humane and more fittin' for this perp, don't you?

Though if I had my druthers (which, probably fortunately, I don't) three people would be locked up in a cell with nothing but each other for a week while I decided what to do next.
