I'll go back and look, esp at the guardian part. That is what irks me the most though. The senate thought this was important enough to add as an amendment but the judge says come back in 5 days. If a guardian was appointed which is in the bill then this stuff wouldn't be happening. You have a man that is desperate (and only he and the Lord know why) and spurred on by an aggressive lawyer. What did this judge think he would do? Make nice with the family and they all come back hugging and kissing?

I agree. I think though the law that was passed was only for the feeding and not specific or broad enough to take into consdieration every case and scenario.
But I just hate to see folks (reading some comments on this thread) jumping mad as if she was kidnapped and dumped somewhere to die.
It's emotional enough as it is without distorting the news (innocently).
