It was in the long thread we were on last night and much of today.

CS, was that your post to the information about hospice having violated federal law in accepting Terri in the first place? If so, could you link the statute here? (See post #397).

I really don't know the exact statute but Ill try to google it up. Basically I put up all these posts about a federal law violation based on this comment on a web site about the hispice:

But it appears that this board (and all its members) has no shame. They are willing to violate the federal law that forbids admitting non-terminal patients into hospice.

I will try to google up the statute in question and I hope other Pro Life FReepers will do the same. I think it may have to do with the licensing of hospices. (Based on other comments on the same web site.) I have already posted the website in question several times.
