She's probably fully hydrated by now, but would be nowhere near recovered from the effects of dehydration, which would have wreaked havoc on her body chemistry, and take at least several days to put back in order. Is the Hospice able to handle this?

I would assume that they are able to handle it, or it would be a violation of the order for them to admit her there.

For one thing, they do not have a lab there to check her blood work. Nor do they have the ability (or will) to quickly stabilize or resuscitate her. This is just wrong, wrong, wrong.

Is the Hospice able to handle this? Michael's idea is that if something goes wrong... GREAT... Terri's gone. I'm sure she has a do not treat, do not resuscitate order. She's on her own, nutrition and hydration only.
