Les Moonves, rated the Number 1 power man in Hollywood on Entertainment Weekley's list has this to say about a sucession plan for his news anchor star Dan Rather.
He tells Tina Brown on her CNBC talk show tomorrow at 10PM: 'Right now we are pleased with Dan. We like him in that chair. We still think he's the best guy we got. And he's the best guy out there. So we have no plans to remove him.'

The head of CBS answers: 'Well, Number 1, no one has seen the film. What was that tape that Drudge had then?

We still think he's the best guy we gotThen they are in a world of hurt.
So now the film will be, what? Five minutes long?
To: hutton
it has caused a flap because it's been filmed from the perspective of political liberals. It's caused a flap because they made stuff up that is intended to foster political influence.
In fact, there's more statistical evidence that Bill Clinton used hit men than there is evidence that Reagan said gay aids patients should die in sin.

Of course to Les Moonves "offensive content" is anything that portrays Reagan in a positive light.

Those clips on Drudge defied belief. I thought Matt was playing an episode of the Daily Show on Comedy Central!

"trying to present a more fair picture of the Reagans"More fair than what?? These are the same people who deny LIBERAL bias in the media!!!! These are the same people with whom the ends justifies the means. These are the same people who seethe with rage against Bush.
SHEEESSSHH, The only thing that is restraining these people is the almighty dollar, the profits they would make off their trash. The more they can trash a wonderful man and build themselves up and still make a profit, all the better.

But the scenes played on Rush's show have no basis in fact.
This is a historical film based on the life of one of the greatest US Presidents.

The head of CBS answers: 'Well, Number 1, no one has seen the film. So any criticism of a film that isn't finished, is rather odd we think.. Really? You might want to inform your liberal buddies about that principle when it comes to Mel Gibson and his film.

Another "what happened to free speech" imbecile?
The government isn't stopping CBS from exercising free speech, so the 1st amendment isn't even an issue. People are just pointing out that CBS are slandering leftist liars who should be exposed and turned off.

Drudge said on Sunday it was his lifelong dream to sit in front of the Golden EIB mike..
And he absolutely saved his 'A' game for the occasion!
