That this judge said today, GIROLAMI (s) said he would allow the hearing but wanted the principlals to know that In courts where Mitochondrial had been allowed it had not been allowed for forensic evidence.I think we are pulling hairs (no pun intended). Nuclear DNA is not evidence but is generically known as such. I think.

Yes and the defense experts.And I bet they disagree. I was talking to my wife about this clothes issue.

She is Laci's size. Se said in the latter months clothes were so hard to find. that she bought different colors of the same outfit when the fit was right.
