Shouldn't Geragos come in tomorrow wearing a snake on his????

Wouldn't that be kind of redundant though?

"Burglars broke into Scott and Laci Peterson's home while he was in Los Angeles organizing an effort to find his missing wife, police said"

Clothes were taken in the burglary. Sorry contaminated scene, what was laci wearing?

That is not true, period. One piece was found and now there are three The longest I think is 2".

THREE pieces of hair? My gawd, Ray, I thought the hair "broke" into 2 pieces. Frankly, I thought NG was doing a little bit of embellishing tonight. ;^)

Heh heh. MG will be wearing a snake skin belt with a "snake head" buckle. You may never see it.

Whatever she was wearing, Ray, should be established by prosecution's experts by now. They should know with reasonable certainty what she had on.

It was one piece, maybe 6", but it did not have a root like I reported a wkile back.

All I was saying was what I read in a report tonight. That this judge said today, GIROLAMI (s) said he would allow the hearing but wanted the principlals to know that In courts where Mitochondrial had been allowed it had not been allowed for forensic evidence.I think we are pulling hairs (no pun intended). Nuclear DNA is not evidence but is generically known as such. I think.

Groan* I know that Geragos has likely settled on his defense strategy of attacking EVERYTHING that Law Enforcement did. However,

This little tactic did not work in the Michael Peterson case either.it just took a common sense jury

Yes and the defense experts. And I bet they disagree. I was talking to my wife about this clothes issue.

She is Laci's size. Se said in the latter months clothes were so hard to find. that she bought different colors of the same outfit when the fit was right.

Now this is out of my line!

"Ted Rowlands said that sources said that Amy was brought into the house to look for the clothing that Laci was wearing the 23rd when she and Snott came into her salon. Sources say she did not find the clothes, and they were the same clothes that Laci was found in when her body washed ashore."

This info helps to confirm for me that it was a murder of passion.

I still feel that Amber called and somehow Laci confronted Scott with this fact and a fight insued.

I had never heard that the hair was WOUND around the pliers before, and no one had ever mentioned, "that on the day he's going to a vigil to hold a candle and pray for his wife and baby, he's on the phone with Amber Frey for an hour asking her to move to Europe with him so she can have his baby." Nancy told Chris Pixley tonight that this was in court filed documents.

"I thought it was a turquoise, but I guess not; anybody have any idea what that stone is?"

I have an idea it is Blue Onyx.
