Terri's Army ping for new thread.
Those of you who are on this list now got there based on being an active poster on one of the long threads OR because you have asked to be on it. There are a few of you who have been added because you are new posters who've come onboard to help in the fight.
If you want to be on or off of this list, please let me know.

One thing that keeps bothering me about these allegations that Michael Schaivo put Terri in the coma by abusing her is that Michael Schaivo actually took Terri's doctor/hospital (I'm not sure who the defendant(s) was/were) to trial and got a malpractice judgment.
I can't believe that the lawyers for the doctor/hospital didn't go over the records with a fine tooth comb for evidence that would suggest some other cause for Terri's condition. It wouldn't matter if her records were "sealed." The defendants in that lawsuit would absolutely have been entitled to them.
This just doesn't make sense to me.
It's obvious that he's a selfish bastard who exploited her condition for his own financial gain, after telling the jury he would care for her, and then reversing himself so he could use the money himself. He shouldn't be allowed to make any decisions for her.
But how could he have caused her coma, then have taken the doctor/hospital to trial, knowing that the causation of her condition would be the central issue, and that experts from the other side would have full access to the records and an incentive to blame it on him? I just don't think that could have happened.

I was impressed with Jay Sekulow from the ACLJ on Hardball last nite (Wed nite). He did a great job defending Terri's interests and the concept of right to life for disabled people.

Very nicely linked summary of list one.
I certainly hope that the IRS has been making sure Mike is following all the rules when he files for himself and his wife.
I imagine there is a good deal of paperwork.

Does anyone in Florida know if this is the same Jay Wolfson chosen to be Terri's guardian ad litem (GAL)?
Jay Wolfson CEO of Tampa-based Silver Moves, Inc., aka Care at Home, aka a subsidiary of NuMED Home Health Care Inc., which filed for bankruptcy in 2000. For more background: www.wcfaaa.org/medicaid_waiver/ada/ada_hill_dir.pdf
http://bankrupt.com/TCR_Public/001106.MBX) Mr. Wolfson the academic has written extensively on financial aspects of the healthcare industry so if this is a coincidence it's amazing there could be two people with the same name so closely linked to the issue of healthcare in the same town - though it could be father and son?

I have been staying away the Teri threads because I get to angry I mean really angry.
However I do care about and certainly have Teri in my prayers.
Bottom line though can someone tell me short and to the point how is Teri?
Is she recieving her G tube feedings ok?
Is she out of danger from Micheal euthenizing (sp) her?
Thanks to all who are fighting/advocating for her.

I think I found a way we could bring not only Terri's but ALL SIMILAR CASES before the SCOTUS. There IS a Constitutional issue involved here If the Schindlers or the ACLJ are willing to bring it up and it is this. Is a law (The original starvation and dehydration for "vegitive" cases which would go back into effect if Terri's Law is ruled unconstitutional) that essentially allows CIVIL COURT judges to pass DEATH SENTENCES involving CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT if they have received wrongful information about the person in question constitutional under the US Constitution.
