Demers is defying FL law by NOT yet having appointed a guardian ad litem. Why can't he be impeached for disobeying a state law? I suspect that he will be nothing more than a carbon copy of George W. Greer.

Demers' intransigence here leads me to believe that it is just a matter of time before Terri is again dehydrated and starved. I don't think all our tears and outcry will prevent this third attempt at execution. Or as the Floridians call it -- the "exit protocol."
