In FL bikers vote, and politicians know it. Some even have their own lobyists in Talahassee.

Well, I stay away from real "bikers," as far as I'm able. If I encounter one, I say "Nice scooter" and move on. The wannabe bikers are another matter...mostly middle-aged middle-management types who want to escape the humdrum lives they lead. They don't succeed, and are scorned by Outlaws and Angels, etc.
One place you'll never find me is in a biker bar.

Kill a Biker go to jail.I don't care if you're a hard core lifer or a week end wannabe no body deserves to be intentionally mowed down by some drunk a$$hole.I would put him in with the general population and let the inmates handle it.

I live about two miles from where this happened. A friend of mine who was leaving a nightclub near the scene witnessed the final part of it.
What the news release doesn't say was that the bikers beat the crap out of the guy when he temporarily got loose from the Florida DEP officer.
The driver of the (stolen) truck is being held on two open counts of murder and it will surely be murder one as this was done with malice a forethought. No way he can try to make it sound like an accident.

he's dead if he gets the death penalty, he's dead if he gets a lesser sentence, and he's dead if he's found innocent. Not sure how he could be found innocent with a confession like that.
OT:Is anyone found "innocent" any more? I have only heard "not guilty" which is a whole other ball of wax.

The state could save a lot of money on the cost of executing him by simply turning him loose. He'd be dead within a couple of days.
