I would also like THIS, or some other investigator to examine Michael Schiavo's conflict of interest with regargd to MONEY.

• Terri had $761,000 in her 'therapy' fund as of June '93.
• Terri received almost NO therapy after that point.
• The fund manager had a fiduciary responsibility to invest her fund and get her a reasonable return.
• The Dow Jones was at 3500 in June `93.
• The Dow Jones was at 8800 in March `98, when Felos was first hired.
• Even a blindfolded chimpanzee throwing darts at a stock list should have been able to invest her money in a basket of blue chips and increased her fund to roughly $1,900,000 by Mar`98.
• roughly $100,000 was spent on others, not Felos.
• Felos has been paid roughly $457,000 after March `98.
• The parent's website estimates there should be about $400,000 still left in Terri's fund. Felos disagrees and 'claims' $50 thousand (although the real amount is TOP SECRET).
• Her parents are forgetting the huge increases in investment funds during the early and middle `90's.
• If you assume Felos was paid in full on his first day on the job, that would still leave 1,356,000 to further grow after mar`98..
• And with the Dow now at 9780, even a mediocre fund manager should have further increased it to roughly $1,500,000 today!

• A cheating husband & his wife, with their marriage on the rocks, have a HUGE fight over the phone.
• The husband has an obsessive controlling personality, and was FURIOUS with her,
• The wife was discussing with at least TWO people, her getting a divorce, but she hadn't told him yet,
• The wife was warned NOT TO BE HOME ALONE when he returned,
• The tiny 5'3"" wife PROBABLY told him THAT NIGHT she wanted a DIVORCE,
• Her GODZILLA sized husband apparently STRANGLES her, choking off her windpipe for over FIVE minutes, and damages her neck,
• Her heart keeps beating for MOST of that time (so there were NO HEART ENZYMES indicated a heart attack),
• Paramedics find her on the floor clutching her neck and gurgling, ONE HOUR after the angry hubbie gets home,
• Paramedics re-start her heart and give her a D5W (sugar) IV.
• The sugar solution screws up her blood chemistry at the E.R. making her potassium look low.
• The husband manages to sue doctors over the potassium and wins,
• The husband then FLIPS from caring for her to trying to KILL her, and won't allow even the simplest swallowing therapy,
• The husband lies about her wishes 8 years after her 'accident'
• MANY doctors testify she can learn to eat. She ALREADY can SWALLOW
• MANY doctors testify she can get better
• The costodian husband then orders Terri cremated IMMEDIATELY without an autopsy when she dies!

Would it be a good idea to start flooding Jay Wolfson with what we know and indicating to him the professional people assciated with the Schindler case that are receiving the same email(?)...seeing their addresses in the CC section of emails to him, might increase his interest to actually read his emails from unknown people.

We could, maybe, at least start pricking the conscience of whomever we email.

And why not send Judge Greer and circuit Judge Demers the same info (?)....just in case.

If enough emails are sent...with addresses on them to Jeb Bush, Senator King,the judges, the professional associations involved with this case-the American Center for law and justice and the folks below, Attorney General Charlie Crist, and Executive Director of INvestigations, Jamie McLaughlin, etc.--who knows---knowledge can be a good thing! People suffer from the lack of it...

I am really curious why the government is handling her health care now (Not that I don't want her to be cared for) It just seems to me that in any other situation, the husband would have to sell everything to keep her in a nursing home until all that He owned ran out. This should include her money for rehab, her insurance, his home, his car, his salary. Just MHO, but wonder why laws aren't being broken here??

Sources on #6, please. This is the first I saw of any pre- hospitalized Terri saying she was contemplating divorce. This is damning evidence if it can be corroborated.
