This week, The Washington Post and Concord Monitor will be hosting eight of the nine Democratic presidential candidates in a series of online chats (Howard Dean,MIA.)
People are being encouraged to submit questions to the candidates. Of course, those questions will be screened by The Post and Monitor.
My experience with The Post has been that critical questions will be posed provided they are legible, coherent and not loaded with inane name-calling. They may be edited for brevity, but the substance of the question will be posted.
SCHEDULE:
Monday, November 3, Rep. Richard A. Gephardt at 11:30 a.m., Sen. Joseph Lieberman at 1:45 p.m.
Tuesday, November 4, Rep. Dennis Kucinich at 11 a.m.
Wednesday, November 5, Rev. Al Sharpton at 11 a.m., Gen. Wesley K. Clark at 1:30 p.m.
Thursday, November 6, Amb. Carol Mosely Braun at 2 p.m.
Friday, November 7, Sen. John Edwards at 10:30 a.m., Sen. John Kerry at 2 p.m.
To submit a question, follow the source or excerpt links.
Good luck!

10 Potential Questions for the Dim-Rat Presidential Hopefuls:
1. Are you as Christian, pro-life, and patriotic as the ACLU? (/sarcasm off)
2. How much of the socialist/communist agendas are incorporated in the DnC mission statement?
3. As a daily reader of Middle East web sites, especially "jihad" "jihaad" related web sites; I wonder why your rhetoric sounds so similar to the jihad rants. They are so very anti-America and anti-Americans. Can you explain these startling similarities?
4. Can you explain why so many Communist, Socialist and other anti-American groups openly endorse and/or generally support Democrat candidates?
5. When will Democrats understand that America is not a one-world global community, but a sovereign nation?
6. When will Democrats understand that the United States of America is A REPUBLIC, not a democracy?
7. When will the DnC recognize conservative, pro-life, traditional values as the American norm vs. just another lifestyle?
8. I would like each candidate to explain why he considers himself pro-American and explain how he shows his support for America.
9. If elected, what changes would you make FOR America rather than TO America?
10. America has many enemies, both foreign and domestic. What would you do to protect America/Amercans from our enemies?

Liberal sounding questions for candidates:
Is it fair to those dependent on federal spending to see the tax code being used as a weapon for carrying out personal vendettas or used as a cash machine by politicians?
Should children be protected from exploitation by applying concepts like "intergenerational tax equity" and "fiscal sustainability" to issues facing society?
Where is the safest place on earth to explore for and develope oil and natural gas?
Should potential sources of ozone destroying wood smoke in arid and semi-arid evergreen forests be managed in a safe, efficient manner?
What happens to the value of private, corporate, and foreign government forest land when publicly owned arid and semi-arid evergreen forests in the U.S. are burned beyond repair?
Should the government require a direct parent/teacher relationship by putting public money in the hands of parents and allowing them to pay a local board licensed teacher of choice once a month?
Is it racist for Social Security to have the same age eligibility requirements for all races when all races have different life expectancy?
Should all income brackets have the same Social Security eligibility requirements when life expectancy among different income groups is clearly unequal?
How much less would Wal-Mart pay for a U.S. made shirt if the cost of U.S. government were applied at Wal-Marts checkout stand instead of American worker's pay window?
Should average working people be concerned when a special interest group as powerful as the Litigation Industry has absolute control of our justice system?
Should Americans have the right to deny use of their skin color or gender for purposes they do not personally authorize or endorse?

How about "How much money do you need to make to be considered "rich" in this country?Good luck getting specifics on that. I watched (very briefly) that debate on Fox a while back. Gloria Borger asked Al Sharpton to define "rich." He would define rich, he said, as "someone making money above a certain bracket."
No one called him on it. Amazing what you can get away with when you're a Liberal.
