Yep. McNamara's strategy and tactics were badly flawed, but I wouldn't put a failure to deploy enough snipers or special forces at the top of the list.

I think that snipers and the green berets are more important than many people think. although S. Vnam was defeated by the NVA not the VC pajama losers, the main thing gnawing at US troop morale and legitimacy are the actions of the Clintonian (vile,despicable, evil) Congs. They deliberately make it so that Americans have to attack civvies. While troops go home haunted by their sins, the losers kickback and laugh and cheer at getting rid of the "Yankee pig dogs" with no regard to the lives they "sacrificed" for Uncle wH0re.

the hit and runs and all those nasty traps are also bad for troop morale.

with blk ops and snipers, we take their own evil medicine and shove it down their throat along with a good butt kicking, Yankee style. Of course we wont go as low as tricking them into killing innocent N. Vnamese, it's not in us t be that low.

enemies of US are much better at being scumbags than we are.
