Oh, yeah - the woman kept bugging this judge and wouldn't let him get a moment's rest. He finally ruled in her favor just to get rid of her. LOL! Maybe that's how Terri's lawyers have operated. The Bible is sooo cool, isn't it?

Are you tell me that Judge Greer didn't know about the HINO's other woman?!!! I can't believe it!! I guess the judge had to find out from Larry King Live because he never really understood the case. God help us all.

FWIU, this is the second motion to dismiss Michael as guardian. At the time of the first motion, Michael's relationship with Jodi had not yet been established, nor had Michael yet done many of the outrageous things he's done since. I'll admit I'm a bit surprised that the actual petition has not been addressed directly yet even though it was filed over a year ago. I wonder whether it's been subjected to numerous continuances or what the deal is? In any event, he has made numerous statements against interest on national television, and it should be hard for a judge to ignore what is basically a confession that he violated the requirements of guardianship.

If so, YAHOO!!!!!! I just left Hospice and saw brother. He's being interviewed by CBS right now. CBS is covering this tomorrow or the next day.

Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks for today's court ruling ~ encourage and strengthen Terri and her family as they continue to seek the release of this mother's child from the grip of evil. Totally throw the enemy's camp into utter confusion and disarray .. cause their words to be disorganized and outlandish, that the world would see that nothing but evil is intended. Protect this dear child unto the day of her release, I pray, for she has waited many years to rejoin her family.

I think Greer is doing this to save his . I think he KNOWS that he is on the virge of an impeachable and imprisonable offense even for a judge here.
