If Teddy Kennedy gets a foothold here, we're doomed. You must not live in CA or you'd be pitchin' a hissy fit, too.

Well, if you're worried about that, Maria Shriver's relationship to the governor-elect must have you breaking out in hives. My advice: Don't play this six-degrees of separation game, and don't panic. His appointments have been a mix, haven't they?

No drunken dancing with lampshades on their heads? No coke snorting? No boy toys in the back room? Whatever is the Sodom and Gomorrah "wing" of the California GOP coming to? Won't Pete Wilson be conducting the human sacrifice of anyone to the right of Margaret Sanger? Some suggest that I am becoming cynical in my old age. I can't see it.

God bless you and yours, my lady!

Me too. I didn't recognize your name, so I had no way of telling. I'll remember you now; fondly, I might add. :)

"Long time pal of Teddy Kennedy."

Apparently for some on this board, Kennedy DNA slathered upon signed liberal California legislation won't be proof that Arnold isn't actually a (hack, cough, gag) a real Republican.

Then your world must be as narrow as your mind.

You have my sympathies.

Boy now they are complimenting you!! I love when I get called narrow minded!! I want to get a shirt that says Narrow Minded!!

It just shows what type of immature, childish people they are!

Narrow Minded= Someone who has an idea, belief and /or conviction regarding a matter and is not willing to change that because someone else says they should even if that other person insults, bullies and attempts to manipulate them into doing so!

So they must revert to calling you a name! Of course the people that call others narrow-minded can not debate they facts honestly nor can they accept that someone will reject their point of view. MCD

Nothing? We'll see . . . but you know it doesn't feel too good getting screwed by the likes of Teddy Kennedy.

I wouldn't know "what it's like getting screwed by Teddy Kennedy". ;-)
I DO know that nothing Arnold would do would please you.

I guess that argument would have more appeal if I were assured that we ALL on FR -- to the one -- were united in support of George W. Bush.

That's the best "2 cents worth" I've ever heard :o)

I don't want to say "I told you so" but I did state that I was worried this would happen. God help California.

Of course we'd have been much better off with cruz bustamechA...the only other candidate who could have won...right?

The election was over a month ago and you still don't get it.

I guess some never will.

I won't allow a liberal democrat into my home.

I'll let a liberal into my home (my mother insists on bringing my step-dad with her)...but I draw the line at Jehovah's Witnesses...

Saundra, you should seriesly consider switching to decaf.

You know what you get when you cross a Jehovah's Witness with a Unitarian?

Somebody who knocks on your door for no particular reason.
